CCA Orientation - April Intake 2009

Name of Event: CCA Orientation for April Intake 2009
Time: 1300hrs - 1700hrs
Venue: ITE College West (Clementi Campus)

The venue is to be confirmed.
Respective Board of Directors will send out SMS on Thursday to highlight on the time, venue & attire.

Note:

1. Attendance is strictly compulsory. Those who cannot attend the CCA Orientation, please provide a valid reason.
2. Please bring $5 on Friday, this $5 will be contributed to the Club Fund.
3. Please bring extra set of attire, just in case you sweat a lot on Friday.
4. Please bring water bottle, to prevent from dehydration.

The games are mostly held in the basketball court & field.

1245hrs - 1315hrs : Registration

1315hrs - 1330 hrs : Speech by Mr Dai, Teacher-in-charge & Eileen, President of Interact Club.

1330 hrs - 1400 hrs : Introduction of Interact Club

1400 hrs - 1700 hrs : Ice-breaking & Team-building

1700 hrs : End of CCA Orienation
